**Job Description Role & Responsibilities: -**

1. Strong experience of GC/Citizen/H1/H4-EAD/OPT (international students) Hiring

2. Should be able to get H1-B Transfer/Project Transfer resources

3. Posting advertisements on university sites and various job portals.

4. Should possess good knowledge of various IT technologies in the market.

5. Need to have excellent knowledge of Tax terms like C2C, W2 and 1099.

**Qualifications**:
Valuable experience in cold calling and need to have good convincing and closing skills.

Finding best consultants using different web portals like Dice, Monster, Glassdoor, indeed, Zip Recruiter and professional networking sites such as Linked IN.

**Skills**: Recruitment, Job fairs, CRM (Customer Relationship Management), ATS (Applicant Tracking System), MS-Office, Recruitment management, Marketing and Sales, Effective communication skills.
