We are looking for OPT Recruiter who has experience in US Staffing.
- Strong experience and understanding of OPT US Hiring, Capable of getting students for any
- Should be able to get H1-B, OPT CPT, GC resources from their own database and
- Should have some understanding of the hot IT skills in the market.
- Recruiting US Citizens, Green Card holders, H1-B, TN visa holders and EADs.
- Coordinating the entire recruitment process until the consultant is on-boarded.
- Posting advertisements in university sites and various job portals.
- Need to have excellent knowledge on Tax term like C2C, W2 and 1099.
- Need to maintain a good relationship with team members as well as consultants.
- Maintaining a good database for the follow-ups.
- Explaining and Negotiation about compensation / packages, assessing relevant experience,education, skills, qualification to determine pay type/rate, relocation benefits for theconsultants.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- US shift
