We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fashion Production Merchandiser to join our team. As a Production Merchandiser, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of our Brand

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and manage the production schedule, ensuring that products are delivered on time and within budget
- Monitor the production process to ensure that quality standards are met
- Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules
- Coordinate with internal teams, including design, sales, and marketing, to ensure that products meet customer expectations
- Analyze market trends and customer demands to inform production decisions
- Manage inventory levels and make recommendations for adjustments as needed
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and manufacturers, building long-term partnerships
- Maintain accurate records and reports of production activities

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Business, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in fashion production or merchandising
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and production management software

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
