**Position: Junior Merchandiser** **Location: Tirupur** **Salary Range: INR 13,000 (for freshers) - INR 17,000 (for experienced)**

**Job Summary**: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Junior Merchandiser to join our team at Varthagam International. As a Junior Merchandiser, you will play a vital role in assisting the merchandising team, coordinating production processes, and ensuring smooth communication between various departments. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about the fashion industry and possess strong organizational and communication skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Order Processing**: Assist in order processing and ensure all orders are received, recorded, and communicated accurately to relevant teams.

**Sample Management**: Coordinate and manage product samples, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

**Production Coordination**: Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely execution of orders and troubleshoot any production-related issues that may arise.

**Communication**: Maintain effective communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to keep them informed about order status and any changes in production schedules.

**Quality Control**: Participate in quality control processes to guarantee that the finished products meet our high-quality standards.

**Documentation**: Maintain and update all necessary documentation related to orders, samples, and production.
