**Position: Junior Merchandiser** **Location: Tirupur** **Salary Range: INR 13,000 (for freshers) - INR 17,000 (for experienced)**

**Job Summary**: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Junior Merchandiser to join our team at Varthagam International. As a Junior Merchandiser, you will play a vital role in assisting the merchandising team, coordinating production processes, and ensuring smooth communication between various departments. **Key Responsibilities**:
**Order Processing**: Assist in order processing and ensure all orders are received, recorded, and communicated accurately to relevant teams.

**Sample Management**: Coordinate and manage product samples, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

**Production Coordination**: Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely execution of orders and troubleshoot any production-related issues that may arise.

**Communication**: Maintain effective communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to keep them informed about order status and any changes in production schedules.

**Quality Control**: Participate in quality control processes to guarantee that the finished products meet our high-quality standards.

**Documentation**: Maintain and update all necessary documentation related to orders, samples, and production.
