**Requirements**:

- Sound knowledge and understanding of consumer behaviour.
- Keen to learn and upgrade product knowledge from time to time for better communication
- Good communication Skills in (English and Hindi)
- Knowledge of nutraceuticals products

**Role and responsibility**
- Handling Customer Inquiries
- Resolving Customer Issues
- Providing Product or Service Information
- Processing Orders and Returns
- Maintaining Customer Records and feedback
- Providing Exceptional Customer Service
- Continuous Training and Development

**Experience**

Must have minimum 2-3 years of experience in relevant field.

Full time (work from office)

**Timings: - **9.30AM - 6.00 PM
