Evaluate bids and contracts: Analyze bids and contracts for price, quality and technical specifications of goods and services
- Monitor bids: Monitor the submission of bids and ensure they are accurately completed and meet the requirements of the tendering process
- Prepare reports: Prepare detailed reports and analyses on bid and contract costs
- Negotiate Contracts: Negotiate with suppliers and stakeholders to reach favorable agreements
- Management of Tender preparation with excellent client coordination
- Post bid follow up,emd refund follow up,purchase order follow up
- Online offline tender submission
- Coordination with Supplier
- Tender Bid Preparation
- BOQ Quotation
- PQC Document Completion.
- Capable to work on gem portal
- Product uploading process
- Bidding process
- Market search
- Orders acceptance and other work
- Assessment process
- Preparing Quotation
- Excellent oral and written communication skills

**Experience**: Must have experience in tender bidding

**Job timing**: 9:30 TO 6:30

**Salary criteria**:12000 to 25000

**Schedule**:Day shift (monday to saturday)
