**Job Title**: Tender Executive

**Job Location**: C.G. Road, Ahmedabad

**Experience Required**: 2-3 years

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review and analyze tender documents to understand requirements, deadlines, and project specifications.
- Prepare and manage tender submissions, ensuring all required documents are accurate and completed on time.
- Liaise with internal teams (sales, finance, legal, and technical) to gather necessary information for tender proposals.
- Ensure compliance with legal, financial, and technical requirements as per the tender conditions.
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing, product specifications, and additional information.
- Draft and prepare bid proposals, presentations, and supporting documentation.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and pricing strategies.
- Maintain a database of past tenders, bids, and related documents for reference and continuous improvement.
- Follow up on tender submissions and provide any additional information requested by clients or stakeholders.
- Ensure that tendering deadlines are met and track the progress of ongoing tenders.
- Maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders throughout the tender process.
- Monitor and report on the status of tendering processes and upcoming tender opportunities.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
