**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Cleaning**: Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, floors, and equipment. Ensure dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and glassware are washed and stored properly.
- **Food Preparation**: Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as peeling, chopping, and washing vegetables, portioning ingredients, or assembling simple dishes.
- **Stock Management**: Help with organizing and storing food supplies, ensuring proper storage conditions, and keeping track of inventory.
- **Dishwashing**: Operate dishwashers and manually wash dishes as needed, ensuring all utensils and cookware are sanitized and ready for use.
- **Assisting Cooks**: Support chefs and kitchen staff by fetching ingredients, preparing cooking stations, and handling small tasks to assist in meal preparation.
- **Waste Disposal**: Ensure proper disposal of kitchen waste and maintain a clean and organized waste disposal system.
- **Equipment Maintenance**: Assist with the upkeep of kitchen equipment and utensils, ensuring everything is functioning properly and reporting any issues.
- **Health & Safety Compliance**: Follow all hygiene and safety standards to ensure a safe working environment for the kitchen team and comply with food safety regulations.
