Good working knowledge of the business, particularly in Project Management/Client Services activities
- Ability to consultatively engage with customers and to quickly make complex decisions
- Building and managing strong relationships with clients with regards to web development, digital marketing
- Collecting regular feedback from clients and sharing insights for development
- Handling Queries of Clients and fixing issues through proper coordination
- Responsible for revenue generation/ payment collection from the existing customers
- Co-ordinate with Existing clients to cross-sell new service
- Attending client meetings with the Account Manager to fix issues
- Coordinating the execution of the various elements of the project
- Identifying account growth opportunities and directing these to the Sales team
- Responsible for all aspects of project closure including producing project reports
- Building and maintaining long-lasting business relationships with clients
- Ensuring to respond to client queries in a professional and timely manner

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
