**Job Summary**

Drafting Legal documents, Notice & all other corporate documents.
Compliance with various authorities of Exchange
Custodian of corporate records, statutory books and registers.
Any other matters relating to the company legal assignment, including all incidental works, such as legal matters, audit,report writing, preparation of Annual Report / Directors’ Report preparation, etc., and compliance of various statutory, regulatory and other reporting.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Various SEBI Compliance.
- Co-ordination with other statutory authority and Merchant Banker.
- Company Law Work.
- Filing of Forms with Exchange.
- Conducting and preparation of minutes of Board meeting, General meetings, Various Committees and others etc.

**Key Skills**
Stock Market Knowledge is Must
**Required Experience and Qualifications**
1 year Experience
Should have completed CA inter
