**Position Title**: Compliance Officer (GRC)
**Location**: Katargam, Surat
**Department**: Compliance/Data Protection

**Job Summary**:
The Compliance Officer will be responsible for ensuring that our company adheres to legal standards and in-house policies. You will be responsible for enforcing regulations in all aspects and levels of business as well as providing guidance on compliance matters.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Develop and implement company policies and procedures to comply with regulatory requirements.
- Keep abreast of regulatory developments within or outside of the company as well as evolving best practices in compliance control.
- Conduct internal audits and reviews to ensure adherence to policies and regulations.
- Prepare detailed reports on audit findings and recommend improvements.
- Design and deliver training programs to employees on compliance-related topics.
- Educate staff on the importance of compliance and the company’s policies and procedures.
- Identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk; develop and implement corrective action plans.
- Provide guidance on how to avoid or deal with similar situations in the future.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all compliance-related activities.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management and regulatory bodies as required.
- Conduct investigations into compliance issues and complaints.
- Ensure that compliance issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
- Work closely with various departments to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies as necessary.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree Information Technology or a related field.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret complex regulations.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of integrity and professionalism.
