**Job Description (JD)**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote services such as legal recovery, security services, and business consultancy.
- Follow up on leads generated through digital marketing efforts.
- Schedule meetings or consultations for the marketing manager or sales team.

**Key Result Areas (KRA)**:

- Number of calls made and leads generated.
- Conversion rate of calls to qualified leads.
- Contribution to overall sales targets.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPI)**:

- Number of outbound calls per day (target 80-120 calls per telemarketer).
- Lead conversion rate (target 20-25% conversion from calls to qualified leads).
- Number of meetings/consultations scheduled (target 5-10 per week).

**Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)**:

- Use a CRM tool to track calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Follow a script for consistency, but be flexible to adapt based on client responses.
- Schedule daily debriefs to discuss challenges and successes with the marketing manager.
