Job Description Support the TTS Client Operations Transformation Goals in the development and execution of business strategy Productivity initiatives deep dives and tracking thereof Active engagement with stakeholders -Countries FP&A, Country heads, Senior management, Products for Process deep dives incl. operational and financial Matrix Prepare analytics for tracking business performance including progress against initiatives - Identifying and tracking stress indicators for the TTS CO Reviewing and discussing weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual MIS to communicate progress against Goals / Targets with senior management. Manage and co-ordinate regular ad hoc requests in terms of liaison with stakeholders, tracking and reporting of progress Countries Deep dives for expense analysis and rationalization, operations process reviews and analysis Drive best practices through an innovative and proactive approach to optimize processes Working on projects that come across the runway to achieve the above objectives and Goals Supporting on the management communiques **Key Skills**: Minimum 7 Years of work Experience in Business, operational and Financial Analytics, Management MIS and reporting Proficient in Advanced Excel and Presentations preparations Proficient in Data Analytics and Business Financial Analysis Good Communication Skill and should have ability to deal with senior management and stakeholders Qualification CA, MBA or Master’s Degree from reputed and recognized university -------------------------------------------- - **Job Family Group**: Operations - Transaction Services -------------------------------------------- - **Job Family**: Cash Management ------------------------------------------------- - **Time Type**: Full time ------------------------------------------------- - Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
