The Business Associate is an individual contributor responsible for the overall administrative activities of a business. These tasks include managing Headcount, Financial, Key Metrics, etc. and may also include contribution to external audits, business continuity activities or addressing regulatory issues. The Business Associate may assist in other administrative needs. May work on ad hoc projects as requested. **Responsibilities**: - Review monthly headcount and Financials and present this to senior management with forecasts and risks - Prepare the annual bottoms-up Financial Plan for Asia TTS Ops - Review allocation of expenses to various Businesses based on the support provided to them - Track and report Key metrics including Volume and value of transactions processed, pending transactions, number of Manual Touch Points (MTPs) in transactions, etc. - Interface with centralized staffing office on contractor hiring requirements and partner with business managers to forecast monthly headcount - Consolidate Resource Justification submission requests and track hiring progress - Interface with global Business Office to ensure timely reporting - Ensure Asia is consistent with the resource and location strategy - Conduct country deep dives and identify opportunities to bridge the gaps in funding, and Productivity, including submitting approval/disapproval of funds requests for budget reports and analysis of monthly department reports to maintain expenditure controls - Examine budget estimates for completeness, accuracy, and conformance with procedures and regulations - Complete compliance related activities and reporting - Assist with real estate analytics and reporting - Provide advice and technical assistance with cost analysis, fiscal allocation, and budget preparation - Review data for accuracy and create required reporting to manage the data **Qualifications**: - 8-10 years of relevant experience - Advanced Excel and PowerPoint expertise - Experience with databases and information management - Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills **Education**: - Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience - CA / CPA / MBA preferred This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
