**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Counsel students and parents regarding TutorCabin’s academic programs and services.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to follow up on leads and convert them into enrollments.
- Understand student needs and provide customized solutions for their academic growth.
- Maintain and update CRM with student interaction details.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for enrollments.
- Provide post-enrollment support to ensure a seamless experience.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English and Hindi.
- Excellent convincing power and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand and explain academic products and services effectively.
- Goal-oriented with a target-driven approach to sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Suites and CRM tools.

**Preferred Skills**
- Prior experience in academic counselling, educational sales, or B2C sales is a plus.
- Knowledge of current education trends and student needs.

**Qualifications**

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (UG: Any Graduate).
