**Job Description**:
**Application Packaging - Windows**

**Location
- Hyderabad/Pune**

Key responsibilities
- Key roles and responsibilities include
- Provide technical consultancy and solution support to team in Application services covering Application packaging, Application Virtualization and Application compatibility testing and software distribution. Technologies includes Mac and Windows based based
- Trouble shoot and resolved technical issues in Application packaging, AppV, ThinApp, Citrix packaging and Mac Packaging
- New technology evaluation and plan to bring the delivery team up to the new technologies
- Organize internal trainings on new technology in the area of expertise
- Participate in customer meetings / presentations
- Develop best practices/ process documents in collaboration with the team
- Ability to think multi technology and bring wider solutions
- Strong domain knowledge of End User Work place management
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Strong team player
- Strong written and oral communication skills

- Expertise in Juriba, Apptimsied, Install Shield and Flexera Adminstudio, Windows Installer.
- Ability to analyze and solve technical problems
- Trouble shoot and resolved technical issues
- Provide project consultancy
- Certification in the Windows 10 areas
- Expertise in O365
- Should be a Quick Learner and Good Team Player
- Proficient in Windows Windows 10 operating systems and good knowledge of file systems and registries
- Proficient in toolsets such as Wise package Studio, Install Shield, SMS installer, Radia, Citrix, SMS Installer, Novell Zen works, Altiris
- Good in technical trouble shooting and problem solving
- Proficient in Application Compatibility Tool Kit
- Familiarity in using VMWare and Ghost Images
- Experience in VB scripting
- Remediating compatibility issues in win 10
- Proficient in ITIL frame work
- Should able to handle all technical customer escalations
- Exposure to Virtualization techniques and Tools will be an added advantage
- Deployment of OS Image and Applications using INTUNE
- Intune packaging
