**Responsibilities**
- Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid platforms.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Write compelling ad copies and optimize landing pages to improve conversions.
- Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, and Facebook Ads Manager.
- Adjust bids and budgets based on campaign performance and business goals.
- Perform A/B testing to optimize ad creatives, headlines, and targeting strategies.
- Analyze competitor campaigns and industry trends to improve ad performance.
- Prepare performance reports and suggest improvements based on data analysis.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in PPC campaign management.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Bing Ads (if applicable).
- Strong understanding of keyword research, bid strategies, and audience targeting.
- Experience with Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and reporting tools.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and optimize for better performance and ROI.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
