The Accounts Executive (Fresher) will support day-to-day accounting operations, including data entry, invoice processing, reconciliations, and maintaining accurate records. The role provides an opportunity to learn core financial processes and contribute to the effective financial management of the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with daily accounting entries in the **ERP** or accounting software.
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
- Support bank reconciliation and vendor account reconciliation.
- Maintain organized records of financial transactions and documentation.
- Assist in preparing reports for **GST, TDS,**and other statutory filings.
- Coordinate with other departments for documentation and approvals.
- Support the finance team during audits and month-end closing processes.

**Key Skills**:

- Attention to detail and numerical accuracy - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Time management and organizational ability - Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance (preferred) - Team player with a proactive attitude
