**Job Role**: Marketing Associate

**Job Time**: 10:00 AM To 7:00 PM

**Salary Range**:10,000 To 16,000

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences.
- Create, edit, and manage content for websites, blogs, social media, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business goals.
- Support the management of social media platforms, including scheduling posts and engaging with audiences.
- Assist in organizing and executing promotional events, trade shows, or webinars.
- Coordinate with external vendors, designers, and agencies for campaign deliverables.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in a marketing, content, or communications role (internships included).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, Canva, HubSpot, etc.).
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail and design aesthetics.
- Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and social media scheduling tools.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
