Job Description: Tele caller Executive

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or cold calling lists.
- Introduce our products or services to potential clients, explain their features and benefits, and answer any questions they may have.
- Persuade customers schedule a meeting with our sales representatives.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or inquiries to convert them into sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of calls made and outcomes achieved in our CRM system.
- Handle objections and rejections positively, and persistently pursue opportunities to book meetings with the sales team.
- Meet or exceed monthly targets for booking meetings and other relevant KPIs.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with prospective customers and answer their queries.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize strategies and improve lead generation and conversion rates.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Tele caller, preferably in a sales or customer service environment.
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal communication skills and a clear, professional phone voice.
- Ability to engage customers in conversation, build rapport, and persuade them to take action.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with Google Docs, Google Sheets, and MS Office.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and sales techniques.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a collaborative and cooperative attitude.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
