**Responsibilities**:

- Run day to day operations - running campaigns for lead generation as per set objectives with the networks for the survey communities for B2C & B2B.
- Onboard new Ad networks /publishers for lead generation in multiple countries.
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests with new partners.
- Regularly review and optimise all advertising campaigns for positive ROAS.
- Conduct regular conversion rate optimisation audits and execute A/B tests, user testing/feedback to improve conversion rates across campaigns with regular communication on with the vendors.
- Share feedback regarding Creatives, Landing page etc for betterment of conversion rate by doing continuous competitor analysis and current campaigns analysis.

**Requirements**:

- 1+ years of experience in Digital Media Buying.
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience on tracking platforms like Has offers, Kochava etc.
- Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Exp. working with ad networks/affiliates for lead generation in a current company.
- Contacts of various Ad networks /publisher’s domestically and globally.

**Work location**: Bangalore Office

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
