**Creative Assistant - Video Production**:
1) Report to & work under the supervision of the Head of Production.

2) Be the contact point between the production head and other team members.

3) Oversee and handle daily production tasks.

4) Oversee, provide feedback, and see the completion of Video production projects.

5) Ideation, brainstorming, and pitching in for production or creative projects.

6) On occasion, participate in shooting social media reels/stories on the phone.

7) Handle communication between video editors, cinematographers, the social media team, and the HOD of production.

8) Be a part of client conversations and handle client-facing aspects (on occasion).

9) Help oversee and uphold QC standards in the final product.

10) Leverage AI generation tools to create, or ideate brand comms.

11) Handling macro production tasks (on occasion):

- Budgeting
- Talking to external teams or vendors
- Keeping notes or reminders for timely completion of tasks
- Join/Lead on location activities like recces, shoot planning, etc.

**Skills**:

- Analytical with communication skills.
- Desire to learn video, ideation, social media and AI skills and grow experience.
- Knows how to shoot on a phone.
- Has an aesthetic and creative eye.
- Has a knack for time management and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of video and audio creation tools (Canva, Inshot, etc counts).
- Understanding of social media video content trends.

**Note**:_Even if you don't know some of these things, we'll teach you as long as you're quick to study and willing to learn new things. Work will be hard, sometimes long hours but you'll get to learn a wide variety of skills and work across different disciplines._

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹4,999.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

- Andheri, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
