Role Description – Assistant Creative Producer We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes digital content someone who gets excited about shoots, storytelling, and creating scroll-stopping branded content. As an Assistant Creative Producer, you will: • Support various stages of the video production pipeline • Manage projects to ensure timely and high-quality delivery • Work closely with the creative team to bring impactful stories to life • Support photography needs for campaigns and shoots • Liaise with clients and coordinate marketing inputs • Ensure smooth communication across all stakeholders throughout the creative process Running the branded video production pipeline (pre → shoot → post) • Writing fun, engaging, platform-friendly scripts • On-ground shoot support — talent coordination, crew alignment & managing the chaos • Managing timelines, logistics, documentation & seamless project delivery • Supporting photography requirements for campaigns & shoots • Coordinating with marketing teams to integrate content needs • Experience in video production and photography, with a strong understanding of visual storytelling • Proficiency in project management to coordinate production schedules, timelines & deliverables • Marketing awareness to support content promotion and audience engagement • Familiarity with filmmaking and storytelling techniques is a plus • Bachelor’s/ Master's degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field preferred Salary Bracket : ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)
