**Objective -**

The objective of this role is to support the client in developing and executing creative projects that align with her vision and objectives. In addition to your creative outlook, we are also looking for your ability to engage, push boundaries and think out of the box.

**Key Responsibilities -**

1. Assist the DMB in brainstorming and conceptualizing new ideas for projects

2. Research and gather inspiration and references to support the creative process

3. Create mood boards and visual presentations to communicate design concepts and ideas

4. Assist with the production of creative assets, including graphics, photography, and video

5. Manage and organize the creative team's files and assets, ensuring they are easily accessible and up to date

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product teams, to ensure that creative

projects align with brand objectives and timelines

7. Provide general administrative support to DMB, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and budgets pertaining to projects

**Qualifications -**

1. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

3. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

4. Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Trello or Basecamp is a plus.

5. A strong eye for design and attention to detail

6. A passion for the creative process and a desire to learn and grow within the industry.

**Deliverables**:
1. Mood boards and visual presentations to support creative concepts

2. Graphics, photography, and video assets for use in marketing materials and campaigns

3. Updated and organized asset library for the creative team's use.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹1,200,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
