**Job Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Visit and onboard new clients such as hardware stores, construction contractors, and dealers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing distributors.
- Promote and sell a wide range of fasteners (screws, bolts, anchors, etc.).
- Achieve monthly sales targets and submit daily sales reports.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
- Ensure timely follow-up on leads and coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment.
**Requirements**:
- 1-3 years of field sales experience, preferably in **fasteners, hardware**, or **industrial products** (must be experienced in B2B sales).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Ability to communicate in **Hindi** is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, WhatsApp, and reporting formats.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
