**About Fluent Fast Academy**:
**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Admissions Support**:

- Act as the first point of contact for prospective students and parents.
- Provide detailed information about the academy’s courses, programs, fees, and facilities.
- Guide applicants through necessary tests, interviews, and entrance procedures.
- **Counseling & Consultation**:

- Understand student goals and academic backgrounds to recommend appropriate programs.
- Offer personalized advice on course selection, ensuring alignment with individual learning needs and career objectives.
- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to discuss educational options and benefits.
- **Marketing & Outreach**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for outreach, including school visits, workshops, and seminars.
- Represent Fluent Fast Academy at education fairs and external events to promote our offerings.
- Maintain relationships with external educational institutions and recruitment agencies.
- **Data Management & Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of student inquiries, admissions status, and feedback.
- Update and manage the CRM system for tracking potential leads and follow-ups.
- **Customer Service**:

- Ensure a positive and welcoming experience for all prospective students and their families.
- Address and resolve any concerns or issues related to the admission process.
- Provide post-admission support, including helping students settle in and begin their courses smoothly.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communication, or related field.
- Previous experience in admissions counseling, customer service, or educational sales is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with student management software and CRM tools is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- A passion for helping students achieve their academic goals.
