**Job Timings**: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (1-hour break in between)

Fluent Fast Academy is seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic, and skilled **Admission Counselor** to join our team. As an Admission Counselor, your primary responsibility will be to assist prospective students with their inquiries, provide detailed information about our programs, and guide them through the admission process. This is a full-time position with a 1-hour break during work hours.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate information about the courses, admission process, and academy policies.
- Assist prospective students in selecting appropriate courses based on their goals and requirements.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into enrolled students.
- Handle admissions paperwork and maintain accurate records.
- Support students throughout the enrollment process.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth experience for students.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service and professionalism in all communications.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in **English** with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Previous experience in customer service or admissions is a plus, but **freshers** are welcome to apply.
- Ability to multitask and handle a variety of responsibilities.
- **Immediate joining** preferred.

**Salary**:

- For freshers: Starting at **₹18,000** per month.
