Introduction:

- The Prudential Regulatory FTC is responsible for producing regulatory capital outputs as required by regulators and management information to internal businesses in support of capital management activities. Additionally, the FTC leads on a number of strategic firm initiatives supporting new mandatory regulatory change. Strong interpersonal and analytical skills are required to deliver well controlled and insightful reporting information to key stakeholders within the business, the wider Finance community and across the Group.

What will you be doing?
- Assist in managing Prudential Regulatory Reporting FTCs’ budgets, outlooks, transfers and capacity creation; developing a close relationship with our Finance Business Partnering team
- Manage the Prudential Regulatory Reporting FTC headcount, hiring and strategic initiatives; closely partnering with HR, Resourcing and the business to drive personnel and talent-related initiatives
- Create business materials on behalf of the FTC AEs spanning multiple topics i.e. QBR, Mgmt Offsites and other ad hoc requests
- Drive, influence, and implement Target Operating Model, business development, and Financial and non-Financial resource allocation, providing strategic insights
- Execute visionary changes on behalf of the AEs, leveraging existing partnerships to implement key pieces of work within existing resource pool
- Central point of contact for control and governance. Close partnership with Chief Controls Office, Group Resiliency, Compliance, and Regulatory Relations teams as required

What we’re looking for:

- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Strong Communication skills across a variety of forums and mediums. Proven ability to distil information into key messages and deliver succinctly according to audience
- Ability to develop and maintain constructive relationships with internal stakeholders across all levels and geographies of the organization.
- Ability to develop business strategy, communicate in clear and confident manner, and act independently to implement, sometimes using creativity in approach

Skills that will help you in the role:

- Experience in operating in a multi-geographic, matrix organisation a plus, with proven ability to balance commercial, client, and regulatory needs across businesses and geographies
