Introduction:
Work with TA Commercial & BM Lead, Head of Business Management and wider Business Management community to support project management and delivery of strategic initiatives to TA globally, support resolution of business and process level issues.

Support the buildout out of TA Intranet portals, automation of business processes and provide SME support.

Drive functional / operational support and governance for Business Management, including Colleague and Key Partner Engagement as defined by the key accountabilities.

What will you be doing?
- Change agent to identify, drive forward and implement change to improve the quality and efficiency of processes across TA
- Partner with TA Commercial & BM Lead to understand and support the team strategy and priorities
- Support TA Commercial & BM Lead to define model of our service and manage team deliverables
- Support leadership in delivering on their goals for:

- Business & Process Transformation
- Work with TA Business Managers to understand key issues and themes and support the delivery of transformation initiatives globally
- Create new SharePoint/Intranet pages and surveys as per business requirements
- Automate business tasks through workflows or interactive dashboards
- Extensive data analysis & Insights
- Analysing headcount reports and tracking D&I stats, as well as initiatives aligned to Your View results.
- Provide operational support for strategic initiatives, on collating data, dashboarding and reporting to senior stakeholders.
- Colleague Engagement:

- Help in the creation of Town hall and Offsite presentations, management packs and other collateral

What we’re looking for:

- a bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
- Experience in business management and financial services, with focus on Business or Process improvement
- Proven experience in Agile SharePoint Development (SPO), PowerApps, PowerAutomate, PowerBI
- Ability to use data to make decisions, with high standard of analytical capability and expert Microsoft PowerPoint & Excel user level
- Collaborative style with demonstrable skills in developing and maintaining constructive relationships, and strong stakeholder management skills.

- Effective communication skills and confidence in delivering presentations to senior stakeholders
- Experience in creating and distributing branded communications to large audiences
