**Responsibilities**:

- Generate complex cash flow models using ARGUS software (Eastate master software ) and advance Excel, including analyzing available data to calculate and estimate revenues, costs, and ROR.
- Obtain knowledge in its proprietary research to clients across the globe via a permission-based subscription built for market analysis, due diligence, and strategic planning such as, CoStar, Capital IQ, CBRE-EA, MVS, Investor Surveys
- Mine the available data efficiently
- Gather, manipulate, and analyse property, Leases, market and financial data with the help of various Valuation techniques.
- Analyze historic property operating statements and analyze leases.
- Estimate property (including Commercial) and portfolio values
- Prepare reports and presentations to concerned team and clients.

**Job Requirements**:

- 4-7 years of real estate industry experience demonstrating solid real estate analytical capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree in real estate or business administration or other related academic major with essential classes in finance, accounting and economics
- Real Estate valuation experience is a must. Preferably in multiple geographies such as US, UK, India, etc
- Possession of or progress toward real estate industry certifications and licenses, e.g., CFA, MRICS, MAI, CCIM, certified general real estate appraiser are preferred.
- Chartered Accountancy is a plus
- Willing to travel if required
- Thorough competence in Microsoft Office products, specially Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational, problem solving and communication skills
- Demonstrated real estate analytical skills, including ability to identify and analyse comparable property sales and leases
- Knowledge of commercial property lease terms including expense treatments and adjustments to yield comparable rent amounts
- Knowledge of real estate valuation techniques
- Strong technical modeling skills with Excel and ARGUS software.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
