**Job Location: Mumbai / Delhi**

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform financial statement modeling and analysis for M&A valuations for private equity and corporate clients
- Provide modeling analysis to clients, including discounted cash flow, comparable company, precedent transaction, and other methods
- Perform business valuations for purchase price allocation, goodwill impairment, intangible asset, and varying equity valuations
- Assist with valuation needs related to tax planning and/or financial reporting
- Develop client materials, including reports and PowerPoint presentations
- Support business development strategy by assisting Associates and Officers
- Support Officers with project work as needed

**Job Requirements**:

- Chartered Accountants / CFA / MBA degree from an accredited institution will be preferred
- 4-6 years of experience in business and financial reporting valuation
- Exceptional financial modeling skills including three statement modeling, DCFs, and LBOs
- Self-motivated and an exceptional work ethic
- Strong financial analysis skillset
- Extensive knowledge of accounting, intangible asset valuation, and applied financial theory
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and advanced modeling in Excel (VBA/Macros)
- Experience of working under US GAAP and IFRS is essential
- Big 4 valuation experience is a major plus
