**Role**

**Responsibility**
- Communication expert with a keen interest in telling brand stories of meaningful, high impact organizations.
- Devise creative public relations strategies to raise the company's profile across India and international markets (US)
- To work closely and influence other team members and clients to ensure operational and communication goals.
- Responsible for the external media focused written communications such as pitches, press releases, briefing materials, byline articles and keynote presentations and coverage reports, etc.
- Work closely with the CMO to develop and execute initiatives that help achieve business objectives.
- Develop ideas for press releases, content marketing or other ways to generate earned media impressions.
- Analyse results and impact of PR & Media Relations campaigns and efforts and creatively prepare performance and impact reports
- Manage social media to engage audiences across products, personas, industries
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms. Develop content for print, web and social media and other digital platforms
- Will also receive a good exposure across towers of marketing and business

**Qualifications**:

- 0-1 years’ experience/interest in PR/Corp Comm
- BMM/BA/MA in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing or similar field.
- Excellent written and communication sills
- In-house and/or agency settings with fintech and B2B Tech/SaaS experience preferred.
- Knowledge of B2B social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Youtube, Industry Forums)
- Experience in brand reputation management/crisis communication is welcome
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy and keen attention to grammar/language.
- Ability to draft focussed talking points and content for brand related posts, Product FAQs, video scripts and more
- Should be comfortable working in a startup culture
- Self-starter and should need mínimal supervision
