Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join our school in Jodhpur. The PRO will be responsible for managing the school's public image and communications, building relationships with key stakeholders, and promoting the school’s values and achievements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective PR strategies and campaigns to enhance the school's image.
- Manage media relations, including drafting press releases and coordinating with journalists.
- Organize and oversee school events, including press conferences, open houses, and community outreach programs.
- Monitor and respond to public and media inquiries.
- Maintain and update the school’s website and social media platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to produce promotional materials.
- Build and maintain relationships with parents, alumni, and the local community.
- Monitor media coverage and report on PR metrics.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in public relations, preferably in an educational setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and networking abilities.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms and PR tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with content management systems.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
