**About the Role**:
We are looking for a **dynamic, media-savvy, and creative PR Associate** to help shape and maintain a positive public image for our brand and clients. You’ll work closely with media outlets, influencers, partners, and internal teams to craft compelling stories, manage press activities, and build lasting relationships that boost visibility and reputation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategic PR campaigns for brand and client awareness
- Draft press releases, media kits, pitches, and talking points
- Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, influencers, and media houses
- Manage media coverage, track placements, and report campaign success
- Coordinate and manage events, interviews, product launches, and press conferences
- Monitor public sentiment, competitor activities, and industry trends
- Act as a point of contact between clients and the media
- Collaborate with the content, design, and digital teams to align messaging across platforms
- Handle crisis communication with tact and strategic planning
- Pitch story ideas to media and secure high-impact features

**Who You Are**:

- Bachelor's degree in PR, Mass Communication, Journalism, or related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong networking and relationship-building ability
- Confident, creative, and quick-thinking under pressure
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of media trends and news cycles

**Bonus Points If You Have**:

- Experience in fashion, lifestyle, architecture, or tech PR
- Knowledge of influencer marketing and social media trends
- Familiarity with tools like Meltwater, Cision, or similar PR software
- Event planning and celebrity/influencer coordination experience
