Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, coordinate, and manage events, ensuring seamless execution and media coverage.
- Manage relationships with celebrities and influencers for brand endorsements and promotions.
- Develop and execute strategies to generate leads and handle client accounts effectively.
- Write compelling press releases and distribute them to the media.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, securing coverage and support.
- Collaborate with influencers to boost brand awareness and engagement.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, vendors, and partners.
- Utilize knowledge of photography and graphic design to support creative campaigns and visual content.
- Work closely with the marketing and design teams to create innovative PR campaigns.
- Balance multiple projects and tasks simultaneously while managing time efficiently.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in public relations, event management, and client handling.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of photography, graphic design, and digital media.
- Ability to think creatively and deliver out-of-the-box solutions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Experience in managing media, influencers, and celebrities is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

- Familiarity with PR tools and media tracking software.
- Understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing strategies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 35 per week
