- To sit at site and show the project site to prospective buyers visiting the site.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
- Try to Close deals by himself or with the help of Senior Sales Manager and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
- Excellence in real estate/insurance sales and marketing with positive attitude and team playing ability.
- A flair for establishing an instant rapport with clients.
- Inclination towards making a career in real estate industry.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Dynamic, aggressive, result oriented and self starter with an ability to work independently.
- Ready to take-up the pressure

Job Specification:
1. Minimum Graduate + MBA
2. Min 5yrs to 10 yrs Exp required.
2. Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
3. Real Estate Experience and Immediate Joiners are welcome
