**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
**Customer Interaction**: Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming demeanor, addressing their inquiries and providing assistance as needed.

**Transaction Processing**: Accurately process customer orders, calculate totals, handle cash, and provide change. Utilize the designated software to generate bills efficiently.

**Communication Skills**: Clearly communicate menu items, promotions, and any relevant information to customers. Handle customer feedback or concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.

**Multitasking**: Efficiently handle multiple transactions simultaneously during peak hours while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

**Cash Management**: Responsible for handling cash transactions securely, maintaining an organized cash register, and reconciling cash drawers at the end of shifts.

**Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with other restaurant staff, including servers and kitchen staff, to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.

**Adaptability**: Be adaptable to changes in the work environment and menu offerings. Stay informed about promotions, specials, and any updates related to the restaurant.

**Problem Solving**: Quickly and effectively resolve any issues or discrepancies related to transactions, bills, or customer concerns.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role is advantageous.
- Proficient in using cash registers and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with composure.
- Customer-focused mindset and a positive attitude.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
