Site Supervisor

The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the on-site execution of interior design projects to ensure adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and project timelines. Working closely with the project manager, design team, contractors, and vendors, the Site Supervisor plays a critical role in coordinating and managing all on-site activities to achieve successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- **On-Site Coordination**:

- Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities, including construction, installation, and finishing work, to ensure compliance with design plans and specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services according to project schedule.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure that workmanship meets quality standards and design specifications.
- Identify and address any deficiencies or deviations from design plans promptly.
- Implement corrective actions as necessary to maintain project quality and integrity.
- **Schedule Management**:

- Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule, including milestones and deadlines for each phase of the project.
- Monitor progress against the schedule and take proactive measures to prevent or mitigate delays.
- Communicate any schedule changes or adjustments to the project manager and stakeholders.
- **Communication and Reporting**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for on-site coordination and communication.
- Provide regular progress updates to the project manager, design team, and stakeholders.
- Document and report any issues, challenges, or deviations from the project plan.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on the construction site.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks and hazards.
- Promote a culture of safety awareness and best practices among on-site personnel.
- **Problem Solving and Decision Making**:

- Identify and resolve on-site issues, conflicts, and obstacles in a timely and efficient manner.
- Make informed decisions to address unforeseen challenges and keep the project on track.
- Collaborate with the project manager and design team to find creative solutions to complex problems.
- **Client Relations**:

- Maintain positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project.
- Address client concerns or requests promptly and professionally.
- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional service.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Previous experience in construction management, interior design, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and interpret design drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Understanding of safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry.
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to managing challenges.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality workmanship.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

**Salary**: ₹9,788.85 - ₹25,000.00 per month
