**Job Overview**
Managing web data collection & tag management for vistara website and app.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Implement web-analytics/measurement strategies using Adobe Launch/AEP Data Collection
- Work with Adobe Target developers to implement and execute the experimentation and personalization strategies.
- Analyze various integration aspects between Adobe Analytics and allied systems like Websites, Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign, and Adobe Launch
- Translate complex functional, technical, and business requirements into architectural designs using industry standard methodologies and leads the solution Blueprint.
- Liaise with developers to implement data layers that support our data collection activities.
- Present project outcomes and propose new work and technologies that will add value to our business.
- Stay current on industry insights and innovation to improve internal techniques, processes, documentation, and quality assurance.
- Work autonomously and as a team, with time management a critical attribute

**Skills & Attributes**
- Solid experience of implementing tracking and tagging for marketing and measurement of potential business opportunities.
- Solid understanding of online marketing, tools, and technology.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and web protocols.
- Strong experience with Tag management solutions, preferably Adobe Launch.
- Exposure to mobile app. analytics implementation.
- Strong-to-advanced JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, and Web Services/APIs skills.
- Experience with Adobe Launch/AEP data collection & Adobe Target.
- Awareness about the Privacy regulations (GDPR etc.)
- Knowledge of working with traditional DLs, EDDLs and DOM Scrapping
- Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills - both verbal and written.
- Must be self-motivated, responsive, professional, and dedicated to customer success.
- Possess an innovative, problem-solving, and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, be a team player, and manage change effectively.

**Work Experience**
- Minimum of 3-6 years of relevant experience

**Qualification**
- Bachelor-s Degree or equivalent from recognised university
