General Purpose
- As an Assistant Manager Digital Analytics (Digital Experience NPS) at adidas you support to and deliver cutting-edge analytics services to stakeholders, enabling them to make fact-based decisions. Based on different data sources (which are not limited to NPS only), you support to and generate insights that help adidas better understand the consumer, expand reach, increase customer engagement and advocacy, and ultimately drive sales. You are part of a team that informs the adidas digital strategy and provides the factual basis for future consumer experiences and site development.- You will be someone that is constantly curious, with a hunger to learn and develop, always asking the right questions, whilst at the same time having a passion for data. Your visualization & storytelling skills are what is getting stakeholders to act on your recommendations. Finally, you are consumer-obsessed & look for ways to experiment, test and measure day in day out.- This opening is for our adidas office in Gurgaon, India. Your peers & direct stakeholders are mostly split across Gurgaon, Amsterdam (Netherlands) & Herzogenaurach (Germany). Most importantly, as a team we believe in collaboration and high-energy. Key Responsibilities
- Analytics- In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to dive deep into the Consumer Journey and Experiences across touchpoints to gather insights on the impact of our consumer facing activities on consumer engagement, loyalty, and sales. Tasks may include:Deliver standard analytics services by collecting, tracking, mining, and analyzing data and generating fact-based insights, with a focus (but not exclusively) on Experience NPS and related data sources.
-Provide analytics services to stakeholders within Digital using various tools and data sources.
-Support key business stakeholders’ alignment to ensure and enable completion of projects.
-Support data analysis on unstructured data (Text analytics) which could be including sentiment analysis or other methodologies when appropriate
- Consulting-
Provide stakeholders with actionable recommendations and calls for action based on your gathered insights. Translate gathered insights into engaging, actionable, and easy to digest insights presentations.
-Collaborate with stakeholders, monitoring performance and derive trends and opportunities
-Support monitoring the use of delivered insights and measure the impact/benefit of those insights on business.
-Build and maintain a strong stakeholder network with high level of trust that facilitates action-ability of insights.
-Help establish a fact-based culture in the organization by continuously deliver on data driven decision processes.
- Innovation-
Explore newly available datasets to serve consumer insights use cases as we continue our data democratization journey as an organization.
-Support developing best practices and share insights, tooling, and analytical methodologies across Market & Global Analytics teams worldwide - take the lead when there is an opportunity
-Support stakeholders and the rest of the analytics team to adopt the latest available tools & insights for optimal decision making.
-Be a supporting member in a wide range of projects and topics such as insights extraction, analytics implementation, consumer journey and experience analytics, qualitative data, etc.
- Reporting & Visualization-
Help to co-create the next generation of self-service tools for our stakeholders on our state-of-the-art platform.
-Support & maintain the existing reporting structure. Support implementing new reporting structures when appropriate
