**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work on **ZOHO CRM software** to track, update, and manage leads and customer data accurately.
- Support sales team in tracking enquiries, sending quotations, and ensuring documentation follow-up.
- Conduct market research to identify new export markets and potential customers.
- Maintain and update internal trackers using **Google Sheets** for sales and lead management.
- Handle basic numeric calculations related to quotations, costing, and margins.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or relevant field.
- 0-1 year of experience in a sales, marketing, or business development support role.
- Excellent **mathematical** and **analytical** skills.
- Proficient in **Excel** (basic formulas, filters, sorting, tabulation).
- Must be **internet-savvy** with the ability to search and extract accurate lead information

**Training & Internship Period**:

- The first **3 months will be considered as an internship/training period**.
- Based on satisfactory performance, a **full-time employment offer** will be extended post internship.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
