**Job description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage day-to-day automobile maintenance operations in the workshop.
- Open job cards, diagnose issues, and assign repair/maintenance tasks to mechanics.
- Deploy mechanics for attending to breakdown vehicles en route.
- Troubleshoot and provide technical guidance for repairs and preventive maintenance.
- Ensure proper scheduling and timely completion of maintenance activities.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports using computer systems.
- Monitor team performance, enforce discipline, and ensure safety compliance in the workshop.
- Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, tools, and spare parts.

**Requirements**:

- Requirements:

- Should be an ITI / Diploma (Automobile Eng) with Min. 3+ yrs experience
- Having Knowledge in Automobile Maintenance, like trucks, trailers, hydraulics, forklifts, and cranes. etc
- Having knowledge in open job cards, troubleshooting shooting and assigning work to mechanics
- Assigning Mechanics to break down vehicles en route
- Having Commanding power and relevant knowledge
