Job Description (JD) Position Title: Asst ,Accounts & Coordination Department: Finance, Accounts & Administration Location: Corporate Office – Sector 63, Noida & Project Sites Reporting To: Managing Director / Finance Head Job Purpose: The role is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting, taxation, GST & TDS compliance, reimbursements, financial reporting, and project/site accounting. Additionally, it involves providing administrative and coordination support to the Management (MD & Director) while ensuring smooth communication with internal teams, vendors, and clients. Key Responsibilities: Accounts & Financial Management:  Manage daily accounting activities: voucher entries, ledger postings, cash/bank book maintenance.  Prepare invoices, record payments, and carry out reconciliations.  Coordinate vendor payments, client receivables, advances, and reimbursements.  Track and monitor project expenses and ensure timely settlements.  File GST returns, manage input-output credit, and perform reconciliations.  Handle TDS calculation, payment, and quarterly return filing.  Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual MIS and financial reports.  Assist in budgeting, cost control, and variance analysis. Project & Site Accounting:  Maintain site-level accounts, data entries, and expense monitoring.  Record and manage stock/material in-out at project sites.  Ensure cost tracking and project-level financial monitoring.  Supervise junior accounting staff and provide guidance.  Act as a bridge between site teams and Head Office finance division. Administration & Coordination:  Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments for MD/Director.  Handle communication (emails, calls, letters) with clients, vendors, and internal teams.  Support office administration, vendor management, and project coordination.  Maintain proper filing systems (both digital & physical).  Ensure confidentiality of sensitive financial and company information. Qualifications & Skills:  B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) with 2–6 years of relevant experience.  Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, Word & MS Office.  knowledge of GST, TDS, accounting standards, and project accounting.  Excellent analytical ability and financial reporting skills.  Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills (verbal & written).  Ability to work independently and handle both office & site-level accounting.
