Job Description (JD) Position Title: Asst ,Accounts & Coordination Department: Finance, Accounts & Administration Location: Corporate Office – Sector 63, Noida & Project Sites Reporting To: Managing Director / Finance Head Job Purpose: The role is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting, taxation, GST & TDS compliance, reimbursements, financial reporting, and project/site accounting. Additionally, it involves providing administrative and coordination support to the Management (MD & Director) while ensuring smooth communication with internal teams, vendors, and clients. Key Responsibilities: Accounts & Financial Management: Manage daily accounting activities: voucher entries, ledger postings, cash/bank book maintenance. Prepare invoices, record payments, and carry out reconciliations. Coordinate vendor payments, client receivables, advances, and reimbursements. Track and monitor project expenses and ensure timely settlements. File GST returns, manage input-output credit, and perform reconciliations. Handle TDS calculation, payment, and quarterly return filing. Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual MIS and financial reports. Assist in budgeting, cost control, and variance analysis. Project & Site Accounting: Maintain site-level accounts, data entries, and expense monitoring. Record and manage stock/material in-out at project sites. Ensure cost tracking and project-level financial monitoring. Supervise junior accounting staff and provide guidance. Act as a bridge between site teams and Head Office finance division. Administration & Coordination: Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments for MD/Director. Handle communication (emails, calls, letters) with clients, vendors, and internal teams. Support office administration, vendor management, and project coordination. Maintain proper filing systems (both digital & physical). Ensure confidentiality of sensitive financial and company information. Qualifications & Skills: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) with 2–6 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, Word & MS Office. knowledge of GST, TDS, accounting standards, and project accounting. Excellent analytical ability and financial reporting skills. Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills (verbal & written). Ability to work independently and handle both office & site-level accounting.
