
Territory Sales Officer

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets in modern trade, retail trade, distributorship, and super stockiest channels.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence within assigned territories.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement corrective actions to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Coordinate with distributors, super stockiest, and retail partners to optimize product placement, visibility, and availability.
- Conduct regular visits to key accounts to understand their needs, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for collaboration.
- Gather market intelligence through field visits, market surveys, and competitor analysis to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales or business development roles within the FMCG industry, with a focus on modern trade, retail trade, distributorship, and super stockiest channels.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and strategies, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per year
