**Reporting to**:Home Managers in the respective States

**Responsibilities**:

- Program Coordination and Implementation
- Caregiver Support and Supervision
- Beneficiaries Engagement and Satisfaction
- Data Collection and Reporting
- Training and Development
- Community and Stakeholder Engagement

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Nursing, Public Health, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in social services, healthcare coordination, or community work, preferably in elderly care.
- Prior experience in caregiver supervision, program coordination, or beneficiary relationship management is an advantage.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy and beneficiary centered care.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic data management; familiarity with reporting tools is an asset.
- Knowledge of local community resources and support services is preferred.
- Willingness to travel within the cluster/region as required.
