केयर टेकर के कार्य (Care Taker Work in Hindi)

  1. रोगी की देखभाल:

रोगी को नहलाना, कपड़े बदलवाना, भोजन कराना।

बेड पर पड़े मरीजों को संभालना और सही समय पर करवट बदलवाना।

रोगी की साफ-सफाई और आराम का ध्यान रखना।

  1. चिकित्सकीय सहायता:

डॉक्टर या नर्स के निर्देशानुसार दवाइयाँ देना।

ड्रेसिंग, स्पॉन्जिंग और छोटी-मोटी मेडिकल देखभाल में सहायता करना।

मरीज का तापमान, ब्लड प्रेशर या शुगर स्तर नोट करना (अगर प्रशिक्षण हो)।

  1. सफाई और स्वच्छता:

रोगी के कमरे, बिस्तर और आसपास के क्षेत्र को साफ रखना।

मेडिकल वेस्ट को सुरक्षित तरीके से फेंकना।

  1. मानसिक सहयोग:

रोगी से शांति और प्यार से बात करना ताकि उसे मानसिक सहारा मिले।

रोगी के परिवार को उसकी स्थिति के बारे में सरल भाषा में बताना।

  1. ड्यूटी और समय:

सुबह, शाम या 24 घंटे की ड्यूटी में काम करना।

शिफ्ट बदलते समय अगले केयर टेकर को पूरी जानकारी देना।
