
Admin & Operations Executive

**Administrator Responsibilities**:
- Maintain and organize accurate records, documents, and administrative databases.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events, preparing agendas and keeping minutes.
- Serve as the point of contact between departments, ensuring seamless communication and workflow.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Proven experience as an admin executive or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management tools.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
**Skills Needed**
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- High attention to detail and time management capabilities.
- Problem-solving mindset to address operational challenges.
- Adaptability to handle a variety of administrative tasks efficiently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
