Role Description:
1. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and franchise development.
2. Present and sell products/services to existing and potential customers through effective demonstrations and presentations.
3. Understand customer needs, offer tailored solutions, and close deals using strong negotiation skills.
4. Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
5. Achieve sales targets within deadlines and provide regular performance and market feedback reports.
6. Maintain strong communication skills with fluency in Hindi, English, and Bengali, and stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
**Required Skills**:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Min. 1 year of experience in sales and marketing.
