
Sales Executive

**1. Lead Generation & Prospecting**:
- Identify and prospect new clients in the IT, software, and technology sectors.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, attending industry events, and leveraging online channels.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
**2. Sales Presentations & Proposals**:
- Prepare and deliver customized presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing Allot Group’s IT consultancy services and solutions.
- Demonstrate the value of our services to potential clients, aligning them with their business needs and challenges.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure business deals.
**3. Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, providing post-sales support and service.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional IT services to existing clients.
**4. Sales Pipeline Management**:
- Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring that all leads and opportunities are tracked, updated, and followed up on in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and successful delivery of services to clients.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and report regularly on sales performance to senior management.
**5. Market Intelligence**:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and competitors to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Provide feedback to the product and service teams on market needs and client requirements.
**Key Requirements**:
- **Experience**: Minimum 2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in IT consultancy, IT services, or software solutions.
- **Sales Skills**: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Basic understanding of IT services, software solutions, and technology trends (e.g., cloud computing, cybersecurity, software development, etc.).
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations and proposals.
- **Relationship Building**: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Ability to negotiate deals and manage complex sales cycles.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience in consultative selling and understanding client needs.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
- Previous experience in the IT consultancy or services industry.
