Digital Marketing Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Campaign Management**:
- Develop strategies to increase online visibility, traffic, and engagement across digital channels.
- **SEO and SEM**:
- Optimize website content, keywords, and structure for search engine rankings (SEO).
- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to develop targeted strategies for search engine marketing (SEM).
- **Social Media Marketing**:
- Develop and manage social media strategies on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Create and schedule engaging content and monitor engagement metrics.
- Analyze social media trends and insights to improve overall social media strategy.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for all digital marketing activities.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media insights to track performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
- **Content Creation and Strategy**:
- Assist in the creation of digital ads, graphics, and promotional materials.
- **Branding and Positioning**:
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and voice across all digital channels.
- Monitor competitor activity and digital trends to ensure the company remains competitive in the online space.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, etc.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, and optimization strategies.
- Experience managing social media campaigns across major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience in e-commerce or B2B/B2C marketing.
- Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO).
